Many of our products qualify for Free Standard Shipping to the Continental USA. The standard method is UPS Ground. On items that do not have free shipping we offer a very low shipping cost. All of our shipments include insurance and tracking numbers. You will be emailed a tracking number from us within a day of the outgoing shipment. Most items ship out within 0 to 3 days of received payment. Certain items take up to one week to ship. Most items can be shipped via expedited method for a small additional cost.
