If you are unhappy with an item for any reason you can return it to us for a full refund as long as it is un-used and in the original packaging with all parts & pieces. Must email us within 14 days for Return Authorization number. Shipping charges non-refundable.

We ship most items within 1 to 2 days of payment. Certain items may take longer to ship due to inventory fluctuations, special orders, etc. International shipments may take from 1 to 7 extra days to process and ship. Please contact us if you want to make sure you will receive an item by a specific date, normally we will be able to accomodate. For Domestic shipments the standard method is either Fedex Ground, UPS Ground or USPS. Faster shipping methods are available, please inquire for cost. For International shipments the standard method is USPS Airmail or USPS Global Priority Mail. We can ship most items worldwide. If you do not see your country in the shipping calculator please email us for cost. Note: if the total item weight is over 25 pounds the shipping calculator will say "Actual costs to be determined".
